Game Recap

In the first game of the DH with Jackson Northwest Clinton won in a come from behind fashion by the score of 16-10. Zane Woerner went the first 2 1/3 innings allowing 5 hits, 9 runs, and struck out 4. Jay Estes gets the win going the last 4 2/3 allowing 4 hits, 1 run and struck out 3. Piersen Riley and Clark Nelson led us at the plate going 4-5 with a double,2 RBI’s and 3 runs. Alex McIntosh was 3-5 with 2 RBI’s and scored once. Brandon Studnicka was 3-5 with a double, 3 RBI’s and scored twice. Robbie Campbell was 3-5 with a RBI and scored twice. Daniel Tomalak was 2-6 with an RBI and scored twice. Ben Hubbard, Kyle Staelgraeve, Riley Jacobs and Jay Estes each added one hit.

The second game was called for darkness in the 5th inning with us behind by the score of 3-8. Alex McIntosh was 3-3 with a run. Brandon Studnicka was 1-2 with 2 RBI’s. Ian Pizzo was 1-3 with a RBI. Robbie Campbell was 1-3.
