Game Recap

The Redskins hosted the Sand Creek Aggies and put their perfect record on the line. The first quarter was defensive struggle with both teams findings first downs hard to come by. With 1:09 to go in the 2nd Kent Mccombs busted free for a 60 yd touchdown run. Jonathan Baughey tried a field goal that just missed left. Making it 6-0 Clinton at the half. The 3rd quarter was both defenses keeping the offense in check. Then in the 4th quarter with the Aggies pinned deep in their own end, George Ames ran a punt back making it 12-0 Redskins. Jonathan Baughey came on for the PAT and made it, but there was a flag for not enough men on the line. This moved the ball back to the and Baughey tried again and made what was a 25yd filed goal making it 13-0 Skins. This would be the final score, improving the Redskin record to 5-0 on the Season. The Redskins are home next week for their final game of the season as they host Madison.
